UPCOMING EVENTS:
First Place 4 Health: A Christ-centered total-wellness program and Bible study meets on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:45 PM at the parsonage. A new session will begin in the fall. Please contact Ruth Clark at 937-883-2311 for more information.
CHURCH EXTENSION:
Pray for our new churches in Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, Maysville, KY, Garrison, KY, Cortland, NY, Laredo, TX and Florida.
Our Sign:
The church board has apporved the go ahead for the new church sign. The trustees are looking for the right design and the best price for the sign. Please pray for God's direction and His continued provision for this project.
Ministry Opportunities:
Bible Study: Wednesday mornings at 10:00 AM and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM Pastor Emory is teaching a Bible Study titled, A Survey of the Old Testament for the People in the Pew. This study engages the Old Testament story in terms of the five major Old Testament covenants and the New Covenant offered to all of us through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Kids for Christ: Our mid-week children's program will be taking a break for the summer. We will begin again early in September. Keep looking in the church newsletter and on the website for more information.
Christians In Action: Our midweek youth program for students 6th Grade through 12th Grade will be continuing through the summer with weekly meetings on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Youth Center and lots of special activities. Come and join us for a time of fellowship and Bible study and lots of fun activities.
